Terms of Use

NoFrillzApps is operated by ARAFATEC Systems & Services LLP, India ("we", "us"). Contact: onboarding@nofrillzapps.com. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The tools are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

Results are for information only. Calculators (including loan, salary, GST, tip, percentage and unit conversions) and the currency converter are not financial, tax, legal or professional advice. Exchange rates come from a third-party source and may be delayed or inaccurate. Check important figures independently before relying on them.

Don't use the site, embeds or API to break the law; to overload, probe or attack our systems; to get around rate limits, API keys or license checks; or to resell access to the API as your own service. We may block traffic or revoke keys that break these rules.

You may embed any tool on your site for free using the embed builder, as long as the "Powered by NoFrillzApps" link stays visible and working. Removing branding requires an active white-label license. Your embed license is meant to appear in embed URLs; your account key is secret and must not be published. Don't present an embedded tool in a misleading way, or in a page that is unlawful.

API keys are personal to you. Keep yours secret; you are responsible for usage made with it. Limits for each plan are shown on the pricing page. The public demo key is for evaluation and may be changed or rate-limited at any time.

Billing

White-label and API Pro plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Razorpay at the prices on the pricing page (plus any applicable taxes). They renew automatically each month until cancelled. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change applies to you.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time on your account page using your account key. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, then your key or license is deactivated automatically.

Refunds

Not happy? Email us within 30 days of a charge for a full refund of that charge. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

The site, its design, text and code belong to us. Bundled open-source libraries remain under their own licenses. Anything you enter into a tool, or send to the API, remains yours. We claim no rights to it.

Some tools rely on third-party data sources, and payments are processed by Razorpay. We aren't responsible for their availability or accuracy, and their own terms apply.

The site, embeds and API are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you haven't paid us anything. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. If we discontinue a paid plan, we'll give notice and refund any unused prepaid period.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad. This does not affect any consumer-protection rights you have where you live. We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and paid subscribers will be emailed about significant changes.
